Corona Solutions provides software and analysis services to law enforcement agencies. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we do and do not do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

Information we collect from agency clients

When an agency becomes a customer, we receive data needed to deliver our services. This typically includes:

• Contact information for agency staff: names, titles, phone numbers, and email addresses.
• CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) data: calls for service records, incident times, unit activity, and geographic beat information.
• Other police activity records provided by an agency for the purposes of fulfulling our service obligations.
• Account and billing information: agency name, address, contracted services, and billing contacts.

Client CAD data is used only to provide the services the agency has contracted for: workload analysis, staffing studies, deployment planning, and reporting back to that agency. We do not use one agency’s data to serve another agency, and we do not make client data publicly available unless specifically directed to by the agency.

Information we collect from website visitors

When you visit coronasolutions.com, we may collect:

• Basic usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to keep the website working and to understand general interest in our services.
• Information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, agency, and message when you contact us through a form or by email. We use this only to respond to you and follow up on your inquiry.

We do not run advertising networks on our website and do not build advertising profiles on visitors.

We do not sell data

Corona Solutions does not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information or client data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose. Client data is shared outside Corona Solutions only when the client directs it, or when the law requires it, and then only to the extent required.

Data retention

• Client CAD and project data is retained for the term of the client’s agreement.
• Contact and correspondence records are kept as long as needed to maintain the business relationship and meet legal and accounting requirements.
• Website visitor data is kept no longer than needed for the purposes described above.
