Simplify Redistricting Projects.
Using traditional methods, redistricting projects can be tedious, time-consuming, and ineffective. GeoBalance is designed to do all of the analysis of your data from CAD and any other source you choose with the same proven mathematical models used in Ops Force: Deploy. By using this software, you can focus on aligning districts to optimize operations. You are able to consider up to ten weighted statistics and balance them across regions. After analysis is complete, your solution is presented as a map that can be exported to other GIS systems.
Corona Solutions' GeoBalance allows you to cluster small polygons or areas while respecting barriers, so districts are more logically organized. Regions can be shaped so drive time is minimized and workload balance is equal throughout the district. GeoBalance is the ideal tool for beat redesign and political redistricting and the only tool available that uses multiple weighted statistics.
